PRINTS Gains IB Accreditation

High School Integrates IB with Montessori

 

February 16, 2009 – Pacific Rim International School (PRINTS) has been selected as one of only a few bilingual Montessori programs in the US authorized to offer the distinguished International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma.

 

PRINTS joins schools from more that 130 countries in the mission to develop internationally-minded people who, recognizing our common humanity and shared guardianship of the planet, will work to create a better and more peaceful world.

 

Ten years ago, when PRINTS' Executive Director Christinia Cheung first dreamed of developing a bilingual, multicultural Montessori program few could foresee how to blend the elements of Montessori’s renowned education with a bilingual model.
